HEAVY METAL PIONEERS – DEEP PURPLE
In the history of heavy music, there are very few groups that can be put on a par with Deep Purple – rock legends that painted the world in dark purple tones.
Their path was winding, like Ritchie Blackmore’s guitar busts and John Lord’s organ parts.
Each of the participants deserves a separate story, but it was precisely together that they became iconic rock figures.
On the carousel
The history of this glorious band goes back to 1966 when the drummer of one of the Liverpool bands Chris Curtis decided to create his own band Roundabout (“Carousel”). Fate brought him to John Lord, who was already known in narrow circles and was known as a great organist. By the way, it turned out that he had a wonderful guy in mind who simply performed miracles with a guitar. This musician turned out to be Richie Blackmore, who at that time played as part of the Three Musketeers group in Hamburg. He was immediately called from Germany and offered a place in the team. Yves Montand. WOMEN OF HIS LIFE
Yves Montand took everything from life that she gave him. He was devilishly jealous. In rage, he could say a lot of superfluous, but, having calmed down, to find and pronounce the necessary words so affectionately and passionately that his beloved forgave him. They adored him for the seething frantic energy in movements and gestures, for the eyes radiating radiant light, for the tonality of his beautiful voice, for the gentle and strong hugs that give rise to the passion that turns the soul and pierces the heart.

Ivo Livi was born on October 13, 1921. He began working at age 13 as an assistant hairdresser, and then as a docker in the port. He performed as a singer in small variety shows and restaurants, and then in the Parisian Folin-Berger and Moulin Rouge.
At the age of seventeen, Ivo Levy first appeared on the stage under the pseudonym Yves Montand. Singer Yves Montan (“Montan” comes from a phrase in the peculiar Italian-French dialect “Willow, Montage” (“Ivo, go home!”), – so his mother called him home in childhood). Yves’ parents were wary of their son’s occupation, but 50 francs a week were a convincing argument for continuing their singing career. THE SALTON OF ITALY – TOTO CUTUNO
No matter how strange it may look, this singer and composer, whose world fame came from the song “L’italiano”, is more popular and loved abroad than in his homeland. Of course, in Italy everyone knows Toto Cutugno, they sing his songs, but it was on the Apennines that the performer’s work was constantly smashed to pieces without finding something original in the compositions of Cutugno. But the paradox is that the audience never agreed with their opinion – Toto was and remains the favorite of the public, who became the face of the San Remo festival, introducing a new hit on it almost every year, and then disappearing from his native stage until the next season .
Sea and music
On July 7, 1943, a boy was born in the Tuscan town of Fozdinovo in the Kutuno family, who was named Salvatore, but mother Olga called her son Toto from childhood. Under this name, he later became a famous singer. The childhood and singer Toto Kutunoyunyutno years of Kutuno passed in the port city of La Spezia, where they transferred the father of Domenico Kutuno – a naval sailor. Father’s love for the sea was also transmitted to his children. Toto still could not stand confidently on his feet, but in the water he felt like a fish, and later disappeared on city beaches, dreaming of distant travels and deep feelings. Continue reading
